Well really... legality is only bound by the ability to get caught... and which member of a major policing organizatin is going to read this... unless they perform mass searches of the web... and even then, I'm pretty sure they're only looking for words like 'kill America', 'bomb the yanks' and 'I'm a terrorist'... so.. so long as those words aren't on your site.. you should be fine.
